"A Red Red Rose... "

Rose, a forever romantic entity isn't it? Artist have always romanticized this flower in their paintings, poetry and decors. I , for a fact first read the meaning of this flower through the aesthetic hindi songs of Kishore kumar and Rafi Sahib. Even the title of this write-up is inspired from the work of Robert Burns. When I edited this picture, isharo pe, isharo pe, dil le gaya song kept on ringing in my mind as a loop.

Why the most romantic flower in the world has got the red blood colour? Have you ever thought about it? Maybe, because it always got hinged with the notion of love and as far as my literature knowledge goes, wherever there's rose, there's life and so there's blood that runs this cycle of life through human veins. Maybe it's because when we are in love, our blood runs hot as our heart beats in and out through the adrenaline rush that blossom within ourselves at the thought of love and this is, this can be why roses are  blood red and it is binded by the notion of love. Have other coloured roses ever been jealous of this red rose? A thought that have future scope for a discussion. Another time, so?

Anyway, beautiful isn't it? How nature naturally without any hardwork delves into the poetic imagination of a human and how without understanding the playful banters of nature, human takes all the praise for themselves when everything that's on the paper is a mere xerox of what's the nature had already painted in it's castle.

This unknown realisation is what widens the gap between the human life and it's creator and here the rose acts as a metaphor for life itself, it blooms in the dark, it fades with orange light , it lives through grey, it shines in black and sometimes it darkens in light, for; it is as much as life, it can ever endure....
